What motivates you to get to the gym?
“To be my best self. My energy and attitude is significantly better when I go to the gym in the mornings. I’m ready to take on the world!”
What is your biggest fitness achievement to date?
“Running. I’ve never been a big runner – could handle 2-3 miles max on a treadmill and it would take forever. Now I run a 5k almost every day and my best time so far has been 26 minutes!”

“To run a half-marathon”
